A. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\r\n

Introduction<\/h3>\r\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a \u2018consumer\u2019 is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:<\/p>\r\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\r\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\r\n

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.<\/p>\r\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (1mal1japan GmbH, Jagdweg 1-3, 01159 Dresden, Germany, Tel.: +49351 89676609, email: impressum@1mal1japan.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.<\/p>\r\n

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the website at the following web address: https:\/\/1mal1japan.de\/vertrag-widerrufen\/<\/wbr\/><\/a>. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. via email) containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.<\/p>\r\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\r\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h3>\r\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\r\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.<\/p>\r\n

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\r\n

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\r\n

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\r\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address, at the time the contract is concluded, are outside the European Union.<\/p>\r\n

Linked\/financed transactions<\/h3>\r\n

If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender relies on our involvement for the purposes of the financing. If we have already received the loan by the time the withdrawal takes effect or upon the return of the goods, your lender shall, in relation to you, assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in respect of that agreement as well.<\/p>\r\n

General information<\/h3>\r\n

1) Please ensure the goods are not damaged or soiled. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage in transit by using suitable packaging.\r\n2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.\r\n3) Please note that the above points 1\u20132 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\r\n
