It originates from Buddhist tradition and roughly translates as \u2018preparing something with devotion\u2019. <strong>With this lovely thought in mind, let\u2019s now take a look at how to make this simple dish!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, we\u2019ll make the dressing: heat a non-stick pan over a medium to high heat and toast the sesame seeds. As soon as the first sesame seeds start to pop, turn off the heat and crush the toasted sesame seeds in a mortar, grinding them together.
