Il nome \u00e8 composto da <em>Kimchi<\/em> e <em>bokkeum-bap<\/em>, che letteralmente significa \u201criso saltato\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In sostanza, il piatto \u00e8 composto da:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>riso cotto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kimchi fermentato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un po&#8217; di grasso per friggere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e un ingrediente piccante come il gochujang o la salsa di soia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Durante la cottura, questi ingredienti si uniscono in un mix intenso di sapori piccanti, leggermente speziati, salati e piacevolmente aciduli.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il riso fritto al Kimchi appartiene alla categoria dei classici piatti di recupero.
