Mentre il brodo si scalda lentamente, rosola la pancetta di maiale in un po&#8217; di olio di sesamo in una pentola pesante (ad esempio in ghisa) finch\u00e9 non sar\u00e0 ben dorata. Non appena la pancetta di maiale \u00e8 pronta, aggiungi il Kimchi e la parte bianca dei cipollotti. Il Tofu assorbir\u00e0 gli aromi speziati mantenendo la sua consistenza morbida. Assicurati che il Tofu non cuocia troppo a lungo per preservarne la consistenza delicata.<\/p>\n\n<p>Infine, distribuisci il Kimchi Jjigae nelle ciotole e guarniscilo con le parti verdi dei cipollotti.
