Nella citt\u00e0 portuale di Tongyeong, invece, si utilizzano i frutti di mare, mentre ad Andong \u00e8 diffusa una versione pi\u00f9 delicata a base di salsa di soia. Una variante particolarmente apprezzata \u00e8 il <em>Dolsot Bibimbap<\/em>, in cui il piatto viene servito in una ciotola di pietra calda: il riso forma sul fondo una crosta croccante particolarmente aromatica.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-was-macht-das-rezept-fur-bibimbap-so-besonders\">Cosa rende la ricetta del Bibimbap cos\u00ec speciale?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Il Bibimbap convince non solo per la sua armoniosa combinazione di colori, aromi e consistenze, ma anche per la sua versatilit\u00e0. Gli ingredienti possono essere variati a seconda dei gusti, rendendo il piatto perfetto per utilizzare gli avanzi \u2013 una caratteristica apprezzata anche nella cucina giapponese, ad esempio in piatti come il Donburi o il chahan (riso fritto).<\/p>\n\n<p>Grazie alla combinazione di riso, verdure fresche, uova e una fonte proteica sostanziosa come il manzo o il Tofu, il Bibimbap \u00e8 un pasto equilibrato, completo e colorato.
