Hello, I’m Elisa, the founder and author of 1mal1japan.de and its associated online shop. A few years ago, I discovered my love for Japanese cuisine and fell in love with the country’s light, fresh, and super delicious ingredients and dishes. From this passion, 1mal1japan.de was born, a website that provides all fans of Japanese cuisine with the best articles and the simplest, most authentic Japanese recipes for home cooking in Germany.
However, I wasn’t satisfied with just sharing articles and recipes. I also wanted to make real, authentic Japanese food more accessible to my readers. For this reason, I opened the 1mal1japan online shop, which offers a wide selection of Japanese foods at affordable prices.
The best part is my exclusive cooking sets, which contain everything you need for the respective Japanese recipe. You only need to get the fresh ingredients specified in each cooking set, and you’re ready to go. I am proud to offer my customers high-quality products and an authentic Japanese cooking experience.
